Account Manager
Job Summary
The Account Manager (AM) must possess outstanding analytical skills and be capable of quickly understanding customer problems and needs. The AM must have excellent communications skills – oral and written – and be able to effectively communicate TEKMedia Communications value propositions at a myriad of levels within the customer’s organization.
 
Responsibilities
  • Develop new sales leads and accounts.
  • Create and maintain strategic relationship plans for all accounts.
  • Refine and adapt the TEKMedia Communications marketing message.
 
Qualifications
  • Functional understanding of information systems technologies.
  • 1-2 years IT-related sales or customer service experience.
  • Must have reliable transportation and valid Texas Driver's License.
  • Some college preferred.
