technical support issues. Each client receives a unique
userid and password for accessing our Virtual Helpdesk
system. Through the Virtual Helpdesk, clients can request
assistance on any technical issue, as well as schedule
maintenance events with TEKMedia
technical personnel.

below. This service is available to every TEKMedia
client, at no extra cost.
